A Brief History Yano
Accountancy Corporation (YAC) was formed in 1995 as Yano &
Associates (Y&A), and has operated under the YAC banner since early
2000. We operate on the
premise that clients deserve the cost advantage and personal service of
smaller firms, while getting the quality and creativity of larger firms.
All of our senior professionals have worked at large consulting
and/or CPA firms prior to their association with YAC/Y&A. YAC is licensed as a CPA firm by the California Board of Accountancy. Our firm number is COR4899. We are a member firm of the Allied Consulting Network, which brings together various financial consulting capabilities to meet more of your needs on projects of all sizes. We trust each other because we’ve worked together before. Our website has links to the other member firms. MBE
Certification and Joint Ventures YAC is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise by the City and County of San Francisco, a Local Business Enterprise by the City of Oakland, and a Small Local Emerging Business by the County of Alameda. Because of our track record for high quality service, we are THE joint venture partner of choice of the San Francisco offices of three of the nation’s five largest CPA firms when they must include MBEs as part of their teams. |
